Plumbing & Heating Experts in Ahoghill

Des is an absolute gentleman. Offered to call out regarding a question about my boiler, was here within 10 minutes and gave perfect advice and most importantly the time of day which can be hard to come by. We wouldn’t work with anyone else going forward. Thank you for your kindness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't begin to put into words how extremely grateful I am to Des & his team, they came to my aid at such short notice to check for burst water pipe in my garden & put a very anxiety filled ladies mind at rest, they are a team of absolute gentlemen & i honestly can not recommend them highly enough! I truly appreciated all their work & kindness.

Faultless service. Arrived when they said they would, did a great job, brilliant communication. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Des and his sons had burst pipes in the house and no heating. Couldn't get a plumber in my area to sort it out rang Des on the Saturday and they were straight out on the Monday morning got it sorted and saved me alot of money. Can't thank them enough.

Des, Ryan & Johnathan (DJR) provided an exceptional service. Originally envisaged to take 3 days, they were with us for over a week, either because of problems encountered with previous poor or incomplete work from others or because we added to the list . I hope they know how much we appreciate their reliability & dedication in staying until all work was finished, even though I’m sure it resulted in pressure for them. At the initial meeting, options were given with clear explanations, the pricing was reasonable and the invoiced amounts reflected the quotes despite the problems they encountered. At all times, DJR were professional, courteous, extremely considerate (even ensuring they cleaned up after themselves) & friendly with a very very high standard of workmanship. All communications were excellent and understandable & they even do a follow up service to ensure all okay. House is so much warmer, consistent water pressure throughout, I’m especially loving my new shower & hopefully due to the increased efficiency of the replacements, we will enjoy reduced oil costs. We could not fault DJR in any way & as they really do appear to cover all aspects of plumbing & heating, we will be going straight to them for any other such work that is required. Work undertaken: system power flush, new oil boiler, unvented cylinder, 2 shower replacements (to drench head) with panelling & enclosures, radiator replacement & even a noisy leaky kitchen tap 😀

Contacted DJR and organised a time and date for a boiler service with Des. They turned up as agreed and boiler now running great, will definitely use next time, thanks.

Prompt response to initial request. Job done well. Des was very courteous. Would use again

Absolutely fantastic service and very professional. Quote was reasonable given the work we wanted done and having discovered a leak in the house they were very quick to call with us and get the work done. Everything was done in less than a day and you wouldn't have known anybody had been in the house as everything was left very tidy. Very happy with the result. Had our heating system flushed and could automatically tell the difference with the heat in our house. Thankyou

I wanted my pressurised tank serviced and I needed a motorised valve replaced. Des came around with his son on time and assessed what needed to be done. He then gave me a day and time the next week to carry out the job. Des' son arrived and carried out the work, no fuss, no mess. Top quality work. I'll definitely call DJR again whenever I need plumbing work done.

Service was excellent from start to finish. After leaving details of my leaking cistern on their website, I was contacted within the hour asking for photos. From this, a date was agreed that week for replacement of the necessary parts and all work was completed to a high standard. Thanks for being very responsive and for not cancelling your visit, which seems to be common practice with many other plumbers.

Fantastic service by the guys. Quick, reliable and extremely tidy. All work was explained, pivoted against different options and completed to the highest quality. Have already recommended them to others.

I would definitely recommend DJR, professional yet personable, prepared to go the extra mile for their clients!
